Mornington Gardens Holiday Village is located only 3km from Mornington’s amazing beaches. Approx. 5 minutes in the car or about a 1/2 hour walk.
Unfortunately for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we do not allow cats or dogs in the Village grounds.
Our Village does not have a pool, but we are only 5 minutes drive from Morningtons pristine beaches
Yes we have a full laundry for all of our guests to use. The washers and dryers take $1 coins and we have change in the office if needed.
Most sites have access for 1-2 cars. Please be aware that if your site doesn’t allow for more than 1 car, we have visitor parking at the entrance of the Village.
The Village has a BBQ area at front of the property. All guests are welcome to use the free BBQs!
- Mornington Gardens Holiday Village reserves the right to charge a $30 administration fee on all approved cancellations.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OR LESS OF ARRIVAL DATE, NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.
- A full refund, less $30 administration fee, will be granted on all approved cancellations with more than 7 days notice of arrival date. Alternatively a credit may be given on all approved booking cancellations. Full deposit can be used for a future booking credit. (ALL CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE). If not claimed within the allowed 6 months, credit and deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds or credits will be given for any early departures or cancellations upon arrival.
- ALL no shows will incur a loss of full deposit and/or credit.
